SLCDF signed agreements with Kandy District Consortium of NGOs (HIFCO) and three member organizations for the project ?Building on Success and Expanding Participatory, Community based Development?. This project is supported by India Development and Relief Fund (IDRF). This incorporates a follow-up programme phase II to original proposal which IDRF supported in 2017 and completed at the end of December 2018, in same locations with similar objectives / activities.
