NGOs? Water Supply and Sanitation Decade Services, a local organisation established in 1954 provided funds to improve health and sanitation in three locations, one in Puttalam Divisional Secretary?s Division (DSD) and two in Karuwalagaswewa DSD through providing potable water and sanitation facilities. Project started in September 2012 and was completed within nine months.
