Community based “Barefoot” Nutritionist Programme in Hambantota District

Community based “Barefoot” Nutritionist Programme was funded by SLCDF and initiated by Hambantota Rural Organization Development Foundation for a 9-month period. The project aims to train 20 community leaders to work as “community nutritionists” to promote and improve knowledge and change the community's attitude towards good health and well-being and adapting to living with the COVID-19 situation in Hambantota District. The project will target DC and population in Hambantota District.
