The DC was registered under Dept. of Social Services No. S.P.C/03/75/H/97 in 1997

Objectives

  • To Promote networking among NGOs

  • To work towards the upliftment of the disadvantaged community in the district 

  • To strengthen the capacity of member NGOs and human resource development

  • To collect and dissaminate information (both macro and micro) useful to the developemnt of the district

Present Development Activities

  • Situational Analysis of selected locations - member organizations.

  • Conduct baseline survey on 14 member organizations and DC. 

  • Conduct Social Mibilization training for community.

  • Conduct Gender training for community.

  • Conduct Two-day mushroom cultivation training.

  • Linking with government & local Authorities and private sector. 

  • Technical Monitoring.

  • District level monitoring and Coordination.
