To work towards the upliftment of the disadvantaged community in the district
To strengthen the capacity of member NGOs and human resource development
To collect and dissaminate information (both macro and micro) useful to the developemnt of the district

Situational Analysis of selected locations - member organizations.
Conduct baseline survey on 14 member organizations and DC.
Conduct Social Mibilization training for community.
Conduct Gender training for community.
Conduct Two-day mushroom cultivation training.
Linking with government & local Authorities and private sector.
Technical Monitoring.
District level monitoring and Coordination.
