To facilitate and engage in identifying, ensuring, and protecting fundamental human rights.

To act against environmental pollution and war, and promote environment conservation and cooperation among the community.

To promote cooperation and exchange, ideas and views among the member organizations

To extend and exchange resources and services among the members organizations.

To promote and accept Code of Ethics for NGOs

To enhance and promote training programms, seminars, workshops, research, demonstrations to entrust the objectives of the consortium.

To work with local / foreign donor groups, while not interrupting the identity and freedom of the consortium

To motivate member NGOs to promote gender and development.

To strengthen the NGO leadership to play a creative role rather than welfare approach in issues related to youth / children / elders and disabled.
