To strengthen the capacity of the member NGOs through skill development programmes
To support to build alliances through networking with the NGOs.
To promote women participation in development work
To facilitate human centered development through participatory process
To disseminate information through Resource center
To enhance marketing facilities through networking
To collaborate with local & foreign organizations in development
To plan and implement relief, rehabilitation and disaster management programmes

Training of Trainers Programme - 5 days
Awareness programmes at village level - 10 programmes for 250 people
Training programmes for CSO leaders / religious leaders / Government officials / Opinion makers - 3 programmes for 75 people
Distributing TJ simplified handbook and circulate the TJ processes and progress to general public and CSOs.
Establishing TJ Facilitation Desk
Enhance understanding among the different ethnic communities through Interface Dialogues
