CULTIVATING AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURS IN MICRO – ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT – SRI LANKA
Supported by HOPE International Development Agency
“Cultivating Agricultural Entrepreneurs in Micro-Enterprise Development” is a community-based initiative designed to uplift marginalized families in the Galle District by promoting sustainable livelihoods through agriculture and animal husbandry. By providing entrepreneurship training, skill development, exposure visits, and access to a revolving loan fund, the project enables low-income households to launch viable micro-enterprises. Through cluster formation, market linkages, and continuous support, the initiative fosters economic resilience, self-employment, and inclusive rural development.
