Livelihood Support for 400+ Women:
Across all regions and partners, we provided direct livelihood support to over 400 women (417 total across 2024 and 2025 reporting periods). This essential funding and resourcing has enabled beneficiaries to start and sustain small enterprises.

Empowering Through Self-Help:
In Kurunegala, we facilitated the formation of 20 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) over two years, creating sustainable peer-support networks and internal micro-finance systems.

Boosting Food Security:
A total of 428 beneficiaries received essential home garden inputs, including plants, seeds, and tools, significantly improving family nutrition and bolstering household food security.

Business Acumen:
We provided Business Plan Training across 9 sessions in Kurunegala, ensuring new entrepreneurs have the strategic skills to manage and grow their ventures successfully.

Educational Support for Over 1,150 Children:
We provided critical educational support to 1,157 children across FOSDOO, Anuradhapura, Kurunegala, and CSDF regions. This support included essential school materials, books, shoes, and bags, removing key financial barriers to consistent school attendance.

Extensive Training & Awareness:
Our partners conducted over 517 awareness creation and skills development sessions across all districts (e.g., 449 sessions by CSDF and 31 by Kurunegala). These programs focus on essential life skills, legal rights, and community mobilization.

Developing Leaders and Trainers:
We invested in sustainable local capacity by organizing a Training of Trainers (ToT) program for 50 participants and organizing 3 capacity-building programs for staff from partner organizations, ensuring the program's impact endures beyond the current funding cycle.

Victim Support:
We provided timely and critical support to 34 victims across FOSDOO and Kurunegala in 2024 and 2025, offering a lifeline to those facing the most challenging circumstances.
