Economic & Financial Security:
We drove a massive boost in financial stability by training 161 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) on effective savings and fund management. This foundational work resulted in the SHGs accumulating an impressive Rs. 13,225,989 in collective savings, creating a reliable safety net for thousands of families.

Investing in the Next Generation:
Through the empowerment of 14 CLA sub-committees, we implemented four key strategies to tackle low school attendance, including providing student counseling and engaging parents. These localized, targeted actions ensure more children have the support they need to stay in school and succeed.

Diversifying Income and Livelihoods:
Our program helped 3,125 women develop and execute comprehensive livelihood plans. From supporting home gardening and livestock rearing to providing training for small retail businesses, we’ve successfully diversified income streams across numerous sectors.

Institutional Strength and Sustainability:
We strengthened the sustainability of local governance by ensuring 11 of 14 CLAs now adhere to rigorous, institutionalized reporting and goal assessment procedures. Furthermore, we equipped 62 CLA representatives with essential fund-raising skills, leading to Rs. 140,270 being raised locally for future transport needs.
