MR. T.L. WIJETUNGA

Mr. T.L. Wijetunga is the former Executive Director of the Sri Lanka Centre for Development Facilitation (SLCDF), with over four decades of experience in youth development, human settlement planning, and civil society strengthening.

A graduate of the University of Ceylon and a Commonwealth and Coady Institute alumnus, he led SLCDF’s work across 18 districts, supporting thousands of CBOs and NGOs. After retiring in 2024, he continues to serve as a board member, guiding the organization’s mission.
