Mr. W. H. Karunarathna is a SLCDF board member with over 35 years of experience as a member of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service ( Grade -1 ). He served as a District Secretary of Hambantota and as Secretary of the several ministries. At present he is the advisor of the Ministry of Environment
